1] Must be a fan of the character Frodo Baggins, the loveable hobbit from the
Lord of the Rings epic. No signing up just to get visitors.
2] You do not need to have a site. I can just list you by name and location.
3] But if you do have a website, you must put up a CODE
for this fanlisting on your site. No code=no website listed [though you still
will be, just not your site].
4] I will not list sites that contain hate/racism, porn or illegal material.
If this covers anything on your site, I will only list you and not your site.
5] You must list your real name or reasonable nickname, email and country to
be listed. I WILL NOT accept any variations of "Frodo" or "Frodo
Baggins" as an acceptable name unless you can produce a birth certificate
proving that is your name.
